What sizes are your socks available in?

Our socks range from sizes 4 to 11. However, not all socks are available in all sizes.

Where are our socks made?

Our Socks are made in Northern England from yarn spun and dyed in traditional mills, by some of the worlds best experts in wool hosiery production. Our natural sustainable fibres are truly better for your feet and better for the environment.

How do I properly care for your socks?

Merino Everyday

We use best quality natural fibres available to produce our Socks. Fine Merino wool is delicate and during washing susceptible to damage by coming into contact with other course fabrics in ‘the wash’ therefore we recommend you turn your socks inside out before washing to protect them.

Please follow the washing instructions below:

  • Machine wash on a Gentle / Delicate Setting in a ‘warm wash’ not exceeding 40 degrees Centigrade or 105 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Do NOT Bleach
  • Do NOT Tumble Dry
  • Do NOT Iron
  • Do NOT Dry Clean

Alpaca
Our natural Alpaca fibre, unisex socks are kinder to your feet than synthetic alternatives, but this means they need a gentle wash.

We recommend our Alpaca & Blue Faced Leicester socks are gently hand washed in tepid water and rinsed and wrung out by hand (a vigorous machine wash or spin with too much detergent may result in shrinkage).

Leave to dry naturally and do not put in a tumble dryer.

How has Covid-19 affected your shipping times?

Although we are trying our best to keep to our normal delivery times, some delays may occur during the current COVID-19 situation. Please bear with us if this happens, it is out of our control and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Express shipping has been suspended temporarily outside of the UK as we always want to ensure we offer the best delivery service we can, even during this uncertain period.

Due to the impact of Covid-19, express delivery is currently not available outside the UK.

What are the conditions for a free delivery?

Free deliveries are dependent on a minimum order value of £50.00 for UK orders, and from £50.00 to £75.00 for orders outside of the UK depending on location.

How long will my delivery take?

 

For mainland UK orders, deliveries are 3 - 4 days for standard delivery, and 1- 2 days for express delivery.

For non-mainland UK orders, deliveries can take upto a maximum of 15 days for standard delivery, and a maximum of 5 days for express delivery depending on your location.

Due to Covid-19, express delivery is currently unavailable outside of the UK.

Where do you ship to?

 

We can ship our socks to worldwide. However, we currently cannot ship to Russia. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible

 

Returns & Refunds

There is a fault with my product. Can I return it?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can refund the full value of the order so long as you meet the following conditions:

  1. You return the products in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  2. You return the items back to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with all labels and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons if they have been worn, or the packaging is not intact.

 

In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.

I have forgotten my account password, How can I recover it?

You can change your password by selecting "My Account" at the top of the website and then select the link asking if you've forgotten your password. You will then be directed to enter your account e-mail address. Once you've filled in your address a new password will be sent to you.
